I've been learning about the cheating game. It talks about how "human capacity for antisocial and violent behavior [is not] a random occurrence." This ties into what Richard Dawkins called the Selfish Gene. (1976). Dawkins central thesis was that "successful' genes are ruthlessly selfish in their struggle for survival, giving rise to selfish individual behavior."
Next week I'll probably still be working through this book since it is around 500 pages. Maybe I'll take some pretty notes and post photos of them so you can be involved in what I'm learning.
Have a great week.

The most interesting section I read was the one about rapists. First I learned about the evolutionary reasons, which was actually fascinating. It relates to the cheating game. The man does not have to wait for a woman to consent, and can pass on his selfish genes. There is also the factor of sexual jealousy, if the rape is done within a marriages/relationship. For example, if a man catches a woman cheating and beats/rapes her - she will fear him.
Also some believe that they are purely doing woman a favor. Which they are not, but it shows the true mental disorder criminals have. If you look at the quote at the beginning of this post you can read what Raine (the author of the book) says about the rapists mental health.
